Borovets lies in the pine forests of the Rila Mountains with both lifts and gentle nursery slopes
located conveniently close to the resort centre. An ideal resort for families and groups of friends alike.
Bulgaria's most popular ski resort, it offers excellent value for money, a vibrant nightlife, good skiing and
a host of activities for the non-skier! You can easily get round the resort by sleigh rides, Skidoo and
tobogganing. Newly built Hotel Flora is very popular ski accommodation being so close to the slopes and having it's own ski
school with a luxury spa to relax those aching muscles after a long day on the slopes.

Family choice
Borovets is an excellent choice for families. For customers staying at
the Samokov hotel there is a special offer at their Ski Kindergarten: 1 FREE child place (4-7yrs. inc.) when 2
adults pre-book a 'First time' or 'Improver' ski pack.
Alternatively, the Hotel Rila complex also offer their own independent kindergarten. Local charge is approx. 262
Leva (approx. £95) per child (facilities are limited). Located within the hotel building, the kindergarten is for
children from 12 months-7 years inclusive, (12 months-3 years) are cared for by the nannies based in the hotel,
(4-7yrs. some daily ski tuition also included). These services can only be booked and paid for
locally.
